The 2007 Fall Health Event, sponsored by CSS and SGA, was held on September 18 in the parking lot of the Elizabeth Campus.

This outdoor event to celebrate the beginning of the fall semester featured health information and give-aways, games, music by el Niņo de Oro, hot dogs and snacks.

The day also featured a live vignette performance of Taboos, a conversation between a Latina mother and her daughter. Their conversation touches on sexuality, a woman's body, STD’s, and the cultural taboos associated with communication on these topics. The performance was followed by a discussion including members of attending health groups.
