HOSPITALITY AND TOURISM TOOLKIT


The Hospitality and Tourism Career Cluster prepares students for careers in the management, marketing and operations of restaurants and other food services, lodging, attractions, recreational events and travel-related services.

The purpose of this Toolkit is to provide teachers and administrators current resources, tools, strategies and curricula to enhance New Jersey CTE programs in the Hospitality Career Cluster.

  New Jersey Core Curriculum Standard 9.4

Standard 9.4 describes knowledge and skills that prepare students for postsecondary education, training and employment in a chosen career pathway and applies only to high school students enrolled in career and technical education programs.
